Smaller companies are easier targets because the Bad Guys know that SME leadership believe their companies are “flying under the radar.” They’re too small to be noticed.

I ask questions to fully understand what they have and what they need before I ever sell them anything. I get to know them and their business. I get to know their customers. I sound annoying, don’t I?
